Cancellation & Refund Policy

TecVarsity service payments are non-refundable for change of mind or cancellation, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

Before making a payment

Review the written proposal, deliverables, payment stages, dependencies and any third-party costs before accepting and paying. Ask for clarification if any part of the scope is unclear.

Service fees and cancellation

Payments reserve project time and support the agreed work. Once paid, service fees are not refunded solely because you change your mind, stop a project, delay supplying materials or decide not to use a deliverable. If you wish to cancel, notify hello@tecvarsity.in in writing. We will confirm what work can stop and identify completed work, outstanding obligations and committed costs under the accepted agreement.

Third-party purchases

Advertising spend, domains, hosting, software subscriptions and other third-party purchases are governed by the relevant provider terms. TecVarsity cannot promise a provider refund. Where we arrange such a purchase, the proposal should identify approval and payment responsibilities.

Billing errors and service concerns

Report duplicate payments, payment errors or concerns about agreed work to hello@tecvarsity.in with the invoice reference and a short explanation. Do not send full card details. We will review the records and discuss a suitable correction or remedy under the agreement and applicable law. A request does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Mandatory rights and approved exceptions

This policy does not remove any non-waivable statutory remedy, including a refund where the law requires one. If a refund is due or separately approved in writing, we will confirm the amount, method and expected processing time after reviewing the payment. Bank or payment-provider processing time may differ.

Affiliate purchases

For a product bought from an external provider through an affiliate link, contact that provider about cancellation or refunds. TecVarsity is not the seller of that product unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.
