This policy explains how TecVarsity handles information through tecvarsity.in, its enquiry forms, email subscriptions and free browser tools.

Who to contact

TecVarsity is a digital services and publishing brand based in Amritsar, Punjab, India. For privacy questions, correction, deletion or withdrawal requests, email hello@tecvarsity.in. Please identify the request without sending passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information unless a secure verification process is agreed.

Information you choose to provide

Contact and audit forms collect your name, email address, service interest, message and website URL where provided. A website URL is required for an audit. We use these details to assess and respond to your request, prepare a proposal and manage an agreed project. We do not require a telephone number. Please do not put confidential customer data or account credentials in a public enquiry form.

Email handling and service providers

Form messages are sent to our business inbox. Our hosting, email and backup providers process information to operate these services. Access is limited to people who need it for the request or service. We may disclose information where required by law or to investigate abuse. We do not sell enquiry details or subscriber lists.

Optional email subscriptions

Newsletter signup is separate from a service enquiry. We record the supplied email, confirmation status and security tokens. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Unconfirmed requests are normally removed after 48 hours through a daily website task; scheduled-task delays can affect removal time. Confirmed subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe or request removal. Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. Use the unsubscribe link supplied by the subscription system, or email us to withdraw.

Website usage, cookies and Google measurement

The website uses a Google tag through its measurement setup. Depending on configuration and your browser controls, Google services may receive page and interaction information, device/browser details, referral information and network information, and may use cookies or identifiers. Hosting and security logs may also record network addresses and requests. See our Cookie & Browser Storage Policy and Google Privacy Policy. Information handled by providers may be processed outside India.

Free tools and browser storage

Calculator and content-tool inputs are processed in your browser by the tools rather than submitted as an enquiry. The ROI calculator stores an estimate locally only when you choose Save on this device. Clear saved estimate removes that saved value. Avoid entering sensitive information on a shared device. General page usage can still be measured by the website measurement setup.

Security and retention

Forms use request validation, a honeypot and a temporary hashed network-address rate limit. No system can guarantee absolute security. We keep enquiry correspondence while it is needed for follow-up, agreed services, accounting, resolving disputes or legal obligations, and review it for removal when that purpose ends. Backups and security logs may retain earlier copies until their normal replacement cycle. The rate-limit counter normally expires after 15 minutes. A deletion request may be limited where records must legally be retained.

Comments, external links and affiliates

If you submit a blog comment, WordPress records the comment details and information used for moderation and abuse detection; approved comments may appear publicly. External websites and software providers have their own privacy practices. Affiliate links may pass a referral identifier to a provider and that provider may use attribution cookies. Read the disclosure beside the link and the provider policy before using its services.

Your choices and requests

You can ask what personal information we hold in relation to your enquiry or subscription, request correction or deletion, withdraw optional consent, or raise a privacy concern by emailing hello@tecvarsity.in. We may take reasonable steps to verify the request. We respond in accordance with applicable requirements and explain any relevant limitation. Rights depend on the law that applies to your circumstances.

Children and policy updates

The services and newsletter are intended for business users and adults. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information. We update this policy when our practices change; the date above identifies the current version.
