Website & Service Terms

These terms describe use of tecvarsity.in and how TecVarsity service engagements are agreed. A service enquiry alone does not create a paid engagement.

Using this website

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious files or impersonate another person. You are responsible for the information you choose to submit.

Proposals, scope and payment

Work begins only after the relevant scope, fees, payment stages, responsibilities and deliverables are agreed in writing. A proposal or service agreement may set more specific terms for that project. Advertising spend, subscriptions, hosting and other third-party costs are included only where expressly stated. Taxes and payment timing are identified in the accepted proposal.

Timelines and client responsibilities

Timelines depend on agreed scope, timely access, approvals and content. Provide materials you have the right to use and check business facts before approval. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote or schedule. Share credentials only through an agreed secure method.

Cancellation and refunds

Service payments are non-refundable for change of mind or cancellation after payment, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing. Cancellation stops future work as agreed; it does not automatically reverse completed work or committed costs. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the process. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Content, tools and intellectual property

Website articles, artwork and other materials are protected by their respective ownership and licence terms. You may link to articles and use the browser tools for your own planning; do not republish substantial content without permission or a valid licence. Ownership and reuse rights for commissioned deliverables are governed by the accepted project agreement. Third-party and open-source components retain their own licences.

Results and educational information

SEO, advertising and automation outcomes depend on many factors. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue or acceptance by a third-party platform. Articles and calculators provide general information and estimates, not personalised legal, financial or other regulated advice. Verify assumptions and current provider information before making decisions.

Third-party services and affiliate links

Providers control their own services, pricing, availability and terms. An affiliate relationship is disclosed beside the relevant link and in our Affiliate & Editorial Disclosure. A provider subscription is separate from a TecVarsity engagement unless the proposal states otherwise.

Availability, responsibility and applicable law

We take reasonable care with website information but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every page is free from errors. Any responsibility, remedy or limitation is subject to applicable law and the accepted service agreement. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Indian law applies where legally applicable, without removing mandatory protections available to you.
